These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JuiceJr (the "Bot"), including its commands, support server, and this website. By inviting JuiceJr to a Discord server, or by using its commands in any server where it's present, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't add or use the Bot.
JuiceJr is an independent, third-party application built using Discord's API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Your use of Discord itself is separately governed by Discord's Terms of Service.
JuiceJr provides moderation, anti-nuke protection, automod, music playback, ticketing, giveaways, leveling, voicemaster, and related utility features for Discord servers, accessible free of charge with no paid tier.
You must meet Discord's own eligibility requirements to use Discord and, by extension, JuiceJr — including the minimum age set out in Discord's Terms of Service. If you're using JuiceJr on behalf of a server, you confirm you have the authority to add bots to that server and to agree to these Terms for it.
When using JuiceJr, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to restrict or block a user, role, or server from using JuiceJr's features if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
If you add JuiceJr to a server, you're responsible for configuring its features (automod rules, permissions, logging channels, etc.) appropriately for your community, and for the actions of moderators you grant elevated permissions to within the Bot's commands. We aren't responsible for moderation decisions made by your server's own staff using JuiceJr's tools.
JuiceJr is provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee the Bot will be available at all times, free of bugs, or uninterrupted — features may change, be added, or be removed (including due to changes in Discord's own API or policies) without prior notice.
JuiceJr is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Bot will meet your requirements or that moderation/automod features will catch every violation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JuiceJr's operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot — including damages resulting from moderation actions, automod false positives, ticket transcripts, or service interruptions.
You can stop using JuiceJr at any time by removing it from your server(s). We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot, for individual users or entire servers, at our discretion — for example, in response to abuse, exploitation attempts, or violations of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time as JuiceJr evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Bot after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Bot's operators, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
